The problem
Online coaches run their business across WhatsApp, spreadsheets and photo galleries. Check-ins get lost, packages expire unnoticed and progress lives in screenshots.
The idea
Tell the coach every morning who needs attention: whose package ends tomorrow, who is waiting for a reply, whose weekly check-in is late. Everything else in the product supports that list.
How it’s built
Roles and access
Separate coach, client and admin portals. Time-limited invitations create coach accounts; client access depends on an active coach relationship, and expired users keep their data but are routed to a membership page.
Progress tracking
Weight, measurements, strength and progress photos with charts, package expiry alerts and monthly client reports.
Edge infrastructure
Runs on Cloudflare Workers with D1 for data, R2 for photos and Better Auth for sessions; transactional email goes through Resend.
Where it is now
Live at ascoach.online and onboarding its first coaches through early access.
