The problem
Booking a pitch in Turkey still means phone calls, and splitting the bill means chasing ten friends. Pitch owners juggle a paper schedule and empty hours.
The idea
One platform with two sides. Players see open slots, book and pay; they share a WhatsApp link and friends join and pay their share without signing up. Pitch owners run their facility from Futbolup Manager, and money is split and paid out by the marketplace itself.
How it’s built
Marketplace payments
I integrated iyzico Marketplace: hosted checkout, sub-merchant onboarding for every pitch owner, split payouts and the product approval flow.
Two clients, one backend
A web app and an Android app share the same booking and payment logic, so a reservation made on a phone shows up on the owner’s dashboard instantly.
Open matches
A squad that is short of players can open the match to nearby players and goalkeepers, who join and pay their share.
