The problem

An agent keeps dozens of buyers and sellers in their head and in a notebook. Clients go cold because nobody called them back, and good matches are missed.

The idea

Do the remembering for them. The home screen lists today’s actions, such as clients nobody has spoken to in weeks, and the matcher pairs buyers and tenants with sellers and landlords, including near alternatives within a small budget or area tolerance.

How it’s built

Native Android
Kotlin and Jetpack Compose with Material 3, Google sign-in and in-app subscriptions through Google Play Billing.
One backend for two platforms
A TypeScript Cloudflare Worker on D1 serves Android and iOS clients, with Sign in with Apple and Google, subscription checks and a read-only mode for lapsed accounts.
AI data entry
Gemini extracts a client or a listing from free text, so an agent can paste a message and get a structured record.
Safe releases
The deploy script refuses to ship from a dirty tree, from a branch other than main, with failing tests or with unapplied database migrations.
